- Procedural Standing Orders
Standing Orders adopted by the Parish Council on 11th November 2008. A hard copy of the Standing Orders is available at a charge of £1.60 plus postage, if required. Please contact the Clerk
- Committee and sub-committee terms of reference
Terms of Reference for the Council Committees. The Council have the following Committees:
- Planning Committee
- Finance and General Committee
- Kibworth Joint Burial Committee
- Kibworth Joint Recreation Committee

- Working Party terms of reference
Terms of Reference for the Council Working Parties. The Council have two working parties:

- Delegated authority in respect of officers
The Clerk has delegated powers to deal with urgent matters between meetings in consultation with the Chairman (Vice-Chairman) and any other member as appropriate (min 116(2008/9)).
The Clerk also has delegated powers regarding items for publication for the Joint s106 Working Party in consultation with the Chair/Vice-Chair (min 258/08 (2007/08))

- Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct adopted by the Parish Council on 14th August 2007. The Code of Conduct applies to all members and co-opted members; members sign up to it as part of their declarations of acceptance of office.

The Code of Practice for Handling Complaints was adopted by Kibworth Beauchamp Parish Council on 11th November 2008.

The Council's Data Protection Register entry Z9517084 forms part of the public register. A hard copy can be obtained by contacting the Clerk. There will be a charge of 40p plus postage, if required.
- Schedule of charges (for the publication of information)
The schedule of charges forms part of the Guide to Publication Scheme. A copy of the guide can also be viewed at the library and can be obtained as a hard copy. Please contact the Clerk.
