Bus stops and shelters
The Parish Council maintain three bus shelters in the village; at the traffic island, on the A6 and on Church Road.

Two car parks are provided and maintained by Harborough District Council. They are situated at School Road and Paget Street. Please note that the car park at Paget Street has limited spaces.

The cemetery is situated along the A6 in Kibworth Harcourt. It is managed by a Joint Committee of Councillors from Kibworth Beauchamp Parish Council and Kibworth Harcourt Parish Council. The Committee is independently audited and has a Clerk, Miss R Lane. The Clerk can be contacted on 0116 279 2727 or by email kibworthcemetery@talktalk.net

Citizens Advice Bureaux
The Citizens Advice Bureau no longer hold surgeries at Kibworth Grammar School Hall.

Parts of Kibworth Beauchamp have been designated as a conservation area. If you are making any alterations to your property which is in the conservation area you may need permission from Harborough District Council.

The Council own the Grammar School Hall situated in School Road. This is leased to a charity organisation known as Kibworth Grammar School Hall (1044822). Maintenance and the running of the Hall is dealt with by the Committee of Trustees.

Disabled parking
A disabled parking bay is available outside the doctors in Station Street and in the High Street.

The Parish Council own eight dog litter bins in the village. These are emptied by FOCSA, who are contracted to Harborough District Council. If there are any problems with the bins please contact the Clerk.

Halls for hire
The Grammar School Hall, School Road is owned by the Parish Council and leased to Kibworth Grammar School Hall a registered charity (1044822). Kibworth Village Hall is also available for Hire, please contact the Village Hall Committee. Details of these plus other venues can be found under Community Links.

Litter
The Parish Council have a street orderly who cleans the centre of the village on a daily basis. Please ensure that rubbish is placed in the litter bins provided.

Litter bins
The litter bins in the village are provided and maintained by Harborough District Council.

There are three recreation grounds within the village, these are Smeeton Road Recreation Ground, Warwick Road Recreation Ground and Rookery Close Recreation Ground

All enquiries regarding the recreation grounds should be directed to the Clerk of the Joint Recreation Committee

Planning applications from Harborough District Council are sent to the Parish Council for their consideration and comments. A Planning Committee is in place to look at planning applications on behalf of the Parish Council.

There are two playgrounds within the village; one at Smeeton Road Recreation Ground and one at Warwick Road Recreation Ground.

Street furniture
The Parish Council provide and maintain eight seats within the village: Rosebury Avenue; on the corner of School Road/School Walk; Fleckney Road near the Cricket Ground; Church Road; Smeeton Road near the Health Centre; outside the Co-op on High Street; Weir Road and New Road (this seat was donated).Six oak barrels have been placed along the High Street, which are owned and maintained by the Parish Council.

Street lighting
Street lighting is maintained by Leicestershire County Council (hotline 0800 62 62 03). The Parish Council own and maintain the lighting column on the traffic island; on the footpath to Smeeton Road Recreation Ground and the lamp at Station Hollow.

Leicestershire County Council are responsible for the maintenance of the grass verges in the village. The hotline to report any problems is 0800 62 62 03.
